Unfortunately, we don't provide a return, refund, or exchange policy because all our Sebhaa are mixed with gemstones, gold, and silver, and these materials have very dynamic pricing changes.

But we provide after-sales services in case of damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
